There have been rumors spinning that Democrats are optimistic about reviving Joe Biden’s multi-trillion dollar ‘Build Back Better’ spending package.

If the rumors are true, it would provide a much-needed win for Dems, who are bleeding out support due to generational-high inflation, foreign conflicts, and backlash against their progressive social agenda.

Thankfully, the rumors are just that… rumors. Senator Joe Manchin poured cold water on the Democrat’s fever dreams, when asked about the prospects of dusting off Joe Biden’s ‘Build Back Better’ bill.

Here’s how he responded:

“There’s not a Build Back Better revival. There’s not.”

The numbers: With the Senate equally divided between Democrats (50) and Republicans (50), if Manchin isn’t on board, that means Dems don’t have the votes to pass anything.

What’s next?

Look for Democrats to put the full-court press on Manchin between now and July 4, when the midterm season officially kicks off. The White House reportedly has a “real fear” they will fail to pass any meaningful legislation before the midterms.

Let me ask you how is Build Back Better Any Different Than Make America Great (Again) ?

Probably all the pork….
