MASSIVE LEAK OF TOP SECRET US MILITARY INTEL

‘Top Secret’ United States intelligence pertaining to its strategy for the war in Ukraine has leaked online – one of the most damaging breaches of classified data in decades.

The details: In January, an anonymous member of a small Discord group began posting files labeled as “top secret” which provided details about the United States’ tactics for the war in Ukraine. Since then, over 100 documents [including 50 with ‘secret’ to ‘stop secret’ classifications] from this source have made their way to Twitter and Telegram.

They include:
conversations the U.S. intercepted from our allies in Israel and South Korea
estimates of Ukraine’s military capabilities, battlefield maps, and equipment delivery schedules

details of the United States’ espionage and infiltration of Russian agencies
slides pertaining to China, the Pacific military theater, the Middle East, and terrorism.

The Pentagon confirmed that the documents are authentic, but claimed some had been doctored.

In particular, it claimed the documents underrepresented the number of Russian casualties since the war began.

Both Russia and Ukraine are pointing fingers at each other, claiming the other was using the documents to carry out a disinformation campaign. But some of the documents are specifically marked for U.S. eyes only, which suggests the leak may have come from an American source.

The FBI and the Department of Justice are working to identify the source of the leak.
