NO COVID RULES FOR OBAMA

Celebrities, politicians, and a couple hundred other “close friends and family members” packed in to celebrate former President Barack Obama’s 60th birthday Saturday in what was billed as a “scaled-back” bash amid rising concerns about the fast-spreading Delta variant of COVID-19.

Yet A-listers streamed into Martha’s Vineyard for the swanky soiree at Obama’s $12 million seaside mansions, and few were spotted wearing masks. [via NY Post]

Back up: This is all going down while President Biden and Dr. Fauci are encouraging the rest of us lowly peasants to re-institute mask and social distancing rules, due to the Delta variant.

Photos and videos that leaked from the party led to the hashtag #ObamaVariant trending on Twitter.

GOP Chair Elise Stefanik said: “The liberal elites are laughing at us, attempting to sell this as a ‘scaled-back party.”
