Comparisons to January 6: More than 300 non-violent January 6 protestors have been prosecuted by the Biden Department of Justice on charges of “obstructing, influencing, or impeding an official proceeding” for their actions inside the U.S. Capitol. None of them, however, pulled a fire alarm. Conservative commentator Mark Levin expressed his views on the situation, stating, “Bowman is a liar who attempted to obstruct an official proceeding of the House of Representatives and should be prosecuted for obstruction!”
