🚨 Texas school shooting update: 18-year-old school shooter Salvador Ramos wrote “I’m going to shoot an elementary school” in a Facebook message 15 minutes before crashing his car into a ditch and running toward the school where a Uvalde school district officer engaged him. It’s unclear how, but the shooter evaded the officer and entered through a back door and barricaded himself in a 4th grade classroom where he opened fire on the students and teachers inside. All fatalities took place inside that classroom. [via LA Times

🧢 An off-duty agent from an elite tactical unit is the hero who shot and killed Salvador Ramos before he could continue his massacre. The agent, a member of CBP’s Border Patrol Tactical Unit (BORTAC), rushed into the school while the shooter was still active and began exchanging rounds with the gunman, who was barricaded inside a fourth-grade classroom. 💻 Hunter Biden bought and used burner phone applications from the Apple app store from 2014 through 2018. The applications — Phoner, textPlus, and WePhone — gave him the ability to generate new phone numbers capable of making calls and texting from his iPhones and iPads. [Washington Examiner]

💬 Elon Musk reacts to calls for gun control: “I strongly believe that the right to bear arms is an important safeguard against potential tyranny of government.
