That new directive called for the Intelligence Community to produce an assessment tailored to expose how Russia supposedly influenced the election. That said, the legal system offers other avenues for addressing what many see as criminal misconduct. Allegations like manufacturing intelligence, colluding to initiate baseless investigations, and weaponizing federal agencies may fall under more applicable charges such as criminal conspiracy, obstruction of justice, falsification of government records, and abuse of power. These are serious charges and could warrant independent investigation if handled by an impartial and Constitutionally grounded Justice Department.
Furthermore, there is a recent legal barrier: the Supreme Court’s 2024 ruling that grants former presidents broad immunity for actions conducted within their official duties. This ruling complicates any potential prosecution against Obama. If his directives related to the intelligence reports were deemed part of his official role as Commander-in-chief and head of the Executive Branch, that legal shield may apply.
But legal immunity does not equal moral innocence. Just because the courts may not hold Obama accountable does not mean the American people should ignore what happened. These are verified documents, court filings, and witness testimonies linking highprofile individuals to child trafficking operations run under the protection of elites. But if you turn on CNN, MSNBC, or even most major newspapers, the story is absent. It is as if there is a coordinated effort to bury it beneath the noise.
So we must ask: Is the hysteria around Trump and Obama merely a sideshow? Is this clash of accusations a political earthquake, or is it a smokescreen meant to distract us from even darker truths that have been hidden for decades?
The timing is too convenient. The silence is too uniform. The coordination is too polished.
When the press becomes an accomplice in shaping public memory, they cease to be journalists and become state actors. And when they tell you not to look at a story, that’s exactly when you should start digging.

We now stand at a crossroads in our nation. On one side, the righteous desire for truth and transparency. On the other, a dangerous appetite for punishment disguised as justice. Tulsi Gabbard’s revelations about Barack Obama’s administration and its manipulation of intelligence are damning. If proven accurate, they must be exposed in full daylight. They must be recorded in the public memory and dealt with through reform and education.
But this cannot devolve into a political bloodsport. Because history has already taught us what happens when governments prioritize revenge over responsibility.
We must also acknowledge that this pattern didn’t end with Obama. While President Donald J. Trump is now back in the White House working to restore the nation, the damage done by his predecessors, including Joe Biden, still lingers.
