The details: The Disinformation Governance Board will be an arm of the regime’s Department of Homeland Security. Its stated aim is to focus on countering “disinformation” about illegal immigration and Russia.
Zoom out: This censorship board announcement comes just days after Elon Musk’s successful deal to take over Twitter with the stated goal of making it a bastion for free speech. Coincidence?
