Two sides of the coin, but what do you expect when it’s the son of the “President” as Federal prosecutors weighing charges on two fronts in Hunter Biden investigation.

The case against Biden narrowed earlier this year, and was a matter of discussion in early summer between FBI and IRS investigators, prosecutors in Delaware and the Justice Department, CNN previously reported. The discussions included assessing the strength of the case and questioning whether more work was needed before deciding on charges. [CNN]

Prosecutors have not yet made any charging decisions on the case and have not met since early summer to discuss the federal investigation, according to two sources familiar with the matter. A decision is not expected before the midterm election. (go figure)

The Wall Street Journal reported that Biden’s legal team met in “recent weeks” with Justice Department prosecutors to argue against a potential case.

“As is proper and legally required, we believe the prosecutors in this case are diligently and thoroughly weighing not just evidence provided by agents, but also all the other witnesses in this case, including witnesses for the defense,” Biden’s attorney Chris Clark said in a written statement to the Journal.

The Washington Post reported that prosecutors believe they have “sufficient evidence” to charge Biden, son of President Joe Biden, in two areas – tax crimes and a false statement regarding a gun purchase, the same crimes CNN reported in July were the focus of investigators’ discussions with the Justice Department.

These are BS charges. This crack head literally sold the U.S. out to our greatest enemies (with Joe’s blessing) and they want you to be satisfied with these slap-on-the-wrist charges. Don’t fall for it.

Meanwhile what’s more important to the “Biden Administration” is this…. and boy were they QUICK with it!

BIDEN ARRESTS PRO-LIFERS

The Biden Department of Justice is continuing its war on pro-life Americans, charging 11 protestors with federal crimes for peacefully protesting outside of an abortion clinic. Some could face up to 11 years in prison.

U.S. prosecutors have unveiled charges against 11 pro-life activists who they say violated federal law by blockading an abortion clinic in Tennessee in 2021.

Some of these protestors are senior citizens. One woman is 87 years old.

FBI RAIDS CATHOLIC PRO-LIFER TRAUMATIZES HIS CHILDREN

Details:

The DOJ indicted the pro-life activists for violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act (FACE Act) because in 2021 the group protested outside of a Nashville abortion clinic and allegedly blocked people’s access.

A federal grand jury has indicted Gallager, David, Boyd, Heather Idoni, Dennis Green, and Paul Vaughn of conspiracy against rights guaranteed by the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act (FACE Act) and violating the act. Eva Edl, Eva Zastro, James Zastro, and Paul Place were charged with violating the law.

The FACE Act bars obstructing people from obtaining “reproductive health services,” including abortions.

The FACE Act makes it a federal crime to block someone’s access to an abortion clinic.

Violations carry up to one year in prison. Conspiracy violations carry up to 11 years in jail.

The charges:

Prosecutors say Chester Gallagher and others conspired to blockade a clinic in Mt. Juliet, utilizing Facebook to coordinate travel and logistics for co-defendants.

Caroline Davis, a co-defendant, wrote at one point to Coleman Boyd, who was also charged, that she would meet him for a “rescue” in Tennessee in March 2021.

This was broken into two groups:

7 are charged with “conspiracy against rights secured by the FACE Act and face up to 11 years in jail and a $250,000 fine.

4 are charged with other FACE Act violations and face up to 1 year in jail and a $10,000 fine.

The DOJ alleges that the protestors intentionally “blocked the clinic’s entry doors and prevented a patient and an employee from entering.”

A live stream of the protest shows activists singing prayers outside on the stairway and hallway to the clinic, which is in an office complex.

The group did block a woman and an employee from entering the clinic, authorities said, citing a livestream broadcast by Coleman Boyd, another defendant. The broadcast was titled “Mt. Julet, TN Rescue March 5, 2021.” The group went into the hallway outside the clinic’s two entry doors before it was scheduled to open.

Gallagher said on a separate livestream that he and those with him were “willing to be incarcerated” to “rescue families from this place of destruction.”

Police are eventually seen in the live stream urging them to move to the sidewalk.

Local police officers arrested nine people, including Gallagher. The people went inside the facility “and basically just sat down and they were not going to leave,” Mt. Juliet Police Department Captain Tyler Chandler said at the time.

AJ Hurley, director of Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust said the group did block the clinic but noted that the trespassing charges were dropped against some of those charged locally. He also said the group is innocent due to the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization Court that struck down Roe v. Wade, a 1973 decision that concluded access to abortion was a constitutional right.

“In Tennessee, abortion is not a constitutional right, and Dobbs declared that the states have the right to determine their own laws regarding abortion,” he said. “It’s never been a constitutional right in the state of Tennessee. Therefore, they’re completely innocent of those charges.”

Double-standard:

While the Biden DOJ wages war against pro-life activists, there has not been a single arrest in the 17 acts of firebombing and vandalism against pro-life organizations over the past year.
