Joe Biden bribery file released
A bombshell FBI FD-1023 form, seen publicly for the first time, details how then-Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter “coerced” a Ukrainian energy company CEO into offering them a $10 million bribe.
An FD-1023 form is what the FBI uses to memorialize information gathered from confidential sources.
Where did the document come from?
Senator Chuck Grassley obtained the FBI-generated FD-1023 document legally through “protected disclosures by a Department of Justice whistleblower.
What’s in the FD-1023?
The FBI document details the conversation a confidential human source [CHS] had with Mykola Zlochevsky, the CEO of Ukrainian energy company Burisma – where Hunter Biden was a board member.
Here are some of the highlights:
$10 million bribe: In 2016 Zlochevsky told CHS “it cost 5 [million] to pay one Biden, and 5 [million] to another Biden.”
Hunter was dumber than a dog: Zlochevsky said although Hunter “was stupid, and his dog was smarter,” he needed to keep him on the board “so everything will be okay.”
Joe ordered it: When CHS asked Zlochevsky whether Joe or Hunter demanded the younger Biden be on the board, he replied: “They both did.”
17 recordings with Bidens: This document confirmsthat Zlochevsky has 17 audio recordings of his calls with Joe and Hunter engaging in a “criminal bribery scheme.”
What were the bridge payments for? The FD-1023 suggests that Zlochevsky was “somehow coerced into paying the Bidens to ensure Ukraine Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin was fired.”
Shokin was investigating Zlochevsky’s company, Burisma, for corruption.
In 2018, Joe Biden spoke at an event where he bragged about using his influence to get Shokin fired, threatening to withhold a $1 billion U.S. loan.
Biden told the crowd: “I said… ‘If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money.’ Well, son of a b*tch, he got fired!”
The CHS is a trusted Ukrainian-American who has been working with U.S. intelligence for more than a decade.
