So it really has come to this day.
Our government has succeeded in tyranny by first working with social media companies to limit or fact check or silence or remove or push us down or ban us for our freedom of speech, they also used this to cover up the stolen election or at least allow a due process to investigate potential fraud.
Then our government sets up massive amounts of people and groups to be entrapped in Jan 6. Also note even if you didn’t go, or didn’t go in, or didn’t break a crime they will still look for ways to throw you in jail to silence your more or to make you scared enough to never dare to question the government.
Now they have shown that the Constitution to them isn’t even worth the parchment it’s written on.
This is a sad day for the Republic, as Trump said before America is dead.

In a stunning turn of events, Infowars host Owen Shroyer has been sentenced to 60 days behind bars in connection with the events of January 6, 2021. Infowars host Owen Shroyer has been sentenced to 60 days in prison in connection to the events of January 6, 2021. The Department of Justice (DOJ) has asserted that Shroyer played a role in what transpired on that fateful day through his program.
Shroyer’s Bold Defense: During the court hearing, Shroyer made it clear that he disavows any involvement in a broader plan for illegal activities or violence during the events of January 6. In a fiery courtroom confrontation, Shroyer adamantly proclaimed his innocence, declaring, “I was not a part of any larger plan for illegal activity or violence that day.” His defense is unwavering as he stands against the allegations.
Judgment Day: The sentence was handed down by none other than US District Judge Timothy Kelly, who previously dealt a severe 22-year prison term to Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio. This sentence remains the harshest among the more than 1,000 January 6 defendants.
Outside, Not Inside: It’s crucial to highlight that Shroyer did not breach the Capitol building on that pivotal day but instead addressed the crowd gathered outside the edifice. His proximity to the events raises intriguing questions about the boundaries of responsibility.
Deferred Prosecution Agreement Looms: Adding complexity to the case, Shroyer had previously entered into a deferred prosecution agreement stemming from his arrest in 2019 for disrupting a congressional hearing. This agreement expressly forbade him from using “loud, threatening, or abusive language, or to engage in any disorderly or disruptive conduct, at any place upon the United States Capitol Grounds.”
Prosecution’s Allegations: Prosecutors sought a more extensive 120-day sentence, asserting that Shroyer had been disseminating election disinformation coupled with incendiary rhetoric in the months leading up to January 6. The DOJ argued that Shroyer’s actions contributed to the atmosphere leading to the events of that day.
DOJ’s Accusation: The Department of Justice has gone so far as to claim that Shroyer was instrumental in “creating January 6.” According to the DOJ, he “fueled the flames of potential disruption of the certification vote by broadcasting disinformation about alleged voter fraud and a stolen election to thousands, if not millions, of viewers of his program on InfoWars.”
The Verdict: This latest chapter in the aftermath of January 6 raises profound questions about the role of media and influential voices in shaping public opinion and events. As Shroyer faces his sentence, the debate about where responsibility truly lies continues to rage on. This sentencing adds another layer to the complex legal aftermath of January 6, with Shroyer’s case raising questions about the extent of liability for individuals who used their platforms to influence public sentiment in the lead-up to the events of that day.
