Trump’s legal team has initiated a bold move, seeking an immediate mistrial following testimony from adult film performer Stormy Daniels. The motion, spearheaded by Trump’s defense attorney Todd Blanche, underscores mounting concerns regarding the trial’s impartiality under the purview of Democrat-aligned Judge Juan Merchan.
Blanche contends that Daniels’s testimony was strategically orchestrated by the prosecution to smear his client, effectively prejudicing the jury and compromising the integrity of the trial.
