A Constitutional Crisis Signed in Ink Without the President
Picture this. A quiet government office hums with fluorescent light. A staffer enters, places a folder on a desk, and presses a button. A robotic arm comes to life, dipping a pen into ink and signing “Joseph R. Biden” on a presidential pardon. No cameras. No ceremony. No President.
That signature just released a federal convict back into the streets of our Constitutional Republic. And the President of the United States never saw the name.
Where was Joe Biden while his name was being signed to legal documents that altered the course of lives and the nation? Was he in the basement catching up on his third nap of the morning? Lost in the Rose Garden again, yelling at squirrels? Or maybe he was enjoying a Coke and a smile with Hunter in the garage, sniffing children’s shampoo bottles, or perhaps looking for Ukraine on a globe? Was he backstage on the moon landing set posing for conspiracy theorists’ selfies, deep in the White House basement where they supposedly stored it since the ’60s? Or maybe just maybe he was in a dark room with a bottle of White-Out, editing the Epstein client list like it was his final draft of history, or trying to pry open the Lost Ark of the Covenant like a senile Indiana Jones, or maybe practicing his speeches in a mirror, inventing new words, whispering like a ghost one moment and then suddenly shouting at full volume in the middle of the wrong sentence, or maybe he was writing a love letter to the Chinese President while getting pictures of that president mixed up with photos of Winnie the Pooh.
Wherever he was, one thing was certain. He was not doing his job. He was not signing the orders himself. And he was not leading the country.
Welcome to the age of the Autopen Presidency.
What Was the Autopen Scandal
A blockbuster New York Times report uncovered a disturbing truth. During the final months of Joe Biden’s so-called presidency, thousands of presidential pardons and sentence reductions were signed not by Biden himself but by an autopen machine using his signature, without his direct review.
In an interview, Biden admitted:
“I approved the standards but not each name.”
Translation? He rubber-stamped the rules and let unelected aides fill in the names. Some of these included violent criminals, like Adrian Peeler, convicted of conspiracy to murder a mother and her child.
More than 4,000 convicts were run through this process, fast-tracked for early release through a mechanical pen with no oversight. The most troubling aspect is not just the quantity but the complete abandonment of individual accountability. Presidential pardons are one of the gravest powers afforded to the executive office. They are supposed to be reviewed one by one, measured with scrutiny, and delivered with humility.
Instead, what we got was a machine-driven process operated by staffers, many of whom were likely unelected, unaccountable, and ideologically driven.
Among the few personally approved? Dr. Anthony Fauci. General Mark Milley. His son, Hunter Biden. Shocking, right?
What Is an Autopen
An autopen is a mechanical device that replicates a person’s signature, often used by government officials. It is legal to use under one condition. The person must personally authorize each use.
Originally designed for basic ceremonial documents or time-sensitive communication when the President is traveling, its use was never intended to bypass constitutional responsibilities.
But here’s the kicker. Biden officials did not show him each name. Once the initial criteria were approved, new lists were sent straight to the machine, completely bypassing the requirement for individual authorization.
That violated the spirit, and possibly the letter, of presidential power. It may be one of the most egregious misuses of executive authority in modern history.
Investigations Mount as Congress Demands Answers
Congress launched investigations into whether Biden aides took it upon themselves to pardon convicts, either without his knowledge or by exploiting his cognitive decline.
The National Archives turned over tens of thousands of emails with the words “pardon” and “commutation” from November to January, the final months of Biden’s supposed presidency.
In a congressional hearing, Biden’s physician pleaded the Fifth Amendment when asked about the president’s mental acuity during that time.
President Donald Trump, now once again the rightful and sitting President of the United States, weighed in:
“The autopen is maybe one of the biggest scandals we’ve had in 50 to 100 years… [Biden’s advisors are] sick people, and I guarantee it, he knew nothing about what he was signing.”
What It Is Like Under President Trump, Who Knows What He Is Doing
Now that President Trump is back in the White House, we have seen a complete reversal in executive leadership. Trump is not relying on mechanical pens or detached bureaucrats to run the country. He is at the table. He reads the reports. He signs the decisions. He takes responsibility.
Whether it is enforcing immigration laws, reducing crime, protecting free speech, or negotiating international peace deals, Trump demonstrates exactly what a functioning executive branch should look like.
Take, for instance, border security and immigration enforcement. While Biden’s handlers were too busy programming a robot to sign off on pardons for criminals, President Trump’s ICE agents were out in the field doing their job. They recently arrested multiple Chinese nationals running financial scams that targeted elderly Americans. These individuals entered the country illegally and preyed on our most vulnerable, and they would have kept doing it under Biden’s non-leadership. But under Trump, they are being caught and deported.
This is what happens when you have a leader who values sovereignty, national defense, and law enforcement. No more apologizing for securing the border. No more turning a blind eye to criminal networks from abroad. President Trump’s administration is putting America first, not last.
And when it comes to the economy, even Trump’s opponents are being forced to face the facts. Wedy Edelberg, a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution, an organization known for its open borders ideology, stated:
“Trump’s deportation efforts will drive stronger wage growth in the agricultural sector and for healthcare workers.”
That is not a Trump fan saying it. That is a policy expert from the other side of the aisle. Translation? Cutting illegal labor boosts American wages. The same people who called Trump’s immigration policies cruel or xenophobic are now admitting they work. They protect jobs. They raise wages. They stabilize local economies.
So yes, there is a difference. A big one. No autopen. No scripted confusion. Just decisive leadership and real results.
No shadowy signatures. No confusion about who is in charge.
We finally have a President who knows what he is doing and owns it.

What If Biden Was Never Really in Charge and a Robot Ran the White House Instead?
To all of you reading and listening to #GoRight News with Peter Boykin, We the People, the true grassroots Constitutionalists that this nation needs, are standing in the aftermath of what could be one of the greatest betrayals of presidential responsibility in our nation’s history. And the worst part? It was done in silence. In secrecy. With the push of a button.
Let’s call it what it is. The presidency is not a rubber stamp. It is not a title to be worn while bureaucrats make their decisions. It is not a job to be outsourced to a machine. But under Joe Biden, that is exactly what we got. A signature machine was allowed to speak for the leader of the free world. And behind it? Not a president, but a puppet show of unelected, unaccountable handlers.
Thousands of lives were impacted. Pardons and sentence changes were issued without review, without oversight, without responsibility. Names were never seen. Crimes were never reconsidered. The ink on those orders was written by a device, not a decision.
This is not how our Constitutional Republic is meant to function. We are not ruled by machines, at least not yet. But let’s face it, the 2020s seem to be the dawn of the age of artificial intelligence and unchecked automation. And if we are not careful, we might wake up one day with robots doing more than just signing pardons—they could be writing policy, policing speech, and deciding elections. We are governed by accountability, by leadership, by principle. And when that disappears, the very foundation of our Republic cracks.
Now let us talk about the contrast because there is a clear one.
Under President Donald J. Trump, we see what real leadership looks like. Decisions are not hidden. Orders are not issued in the dark. He is present. He is active. He signs the orders himself. He takes the heat. He carries the weight. That is what a Commander-in-Chief is supposed to do.
This is the difference between a placeholder and a President.
The difference between a system being run and a man running the system.
