Biden’s Regime Implements Orwellian Financial Monitoring on American Citizens
In a startling revelation, documents obtained by the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government expose the Biden Regime’s directive to financial institutions to flag credit card transactions containing terms such as “MAGA” and purchases of religious texts like the Bible. The move, ostensibly aimed at combating financial crimes, has raised concerns about the infringement on citizens’ rights to religious and political expression.
Following the events of January 6, the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), a branch of the U.S. Treasury Department, issued instructions to banks to flag transactions containing terms like “MAGA” and “TRUMP,” purchases of religious texts, subscriptions to what they deemed “extremist” media outlets, and shopping at stores selling firearms such as Bass Pro Shop, Cabela’s, and Dick’s Sporting Goods.
This sweeping financial surveillance, authorized by the executive branch under Biden, has ignited a wave of criticism. Representative Jordan, a staunch defender of civil liberties, expressed deep concerns about the erosion of fundamental rights. He pointed out that the First Amendment, designed to protect American citizens’ rights to religious and political expression, should not be compromised in the name of combating financial crimes.
The order, coming from FinCEN, an agency tasked with monitoring financial transactions to combat terrorist financing and money laundering, has sparked a heated debate about the extent to which the government should intrude into the private financial affairs of its citizens. Representative Jordan, in response to these revelations, issued a letter to Noah Bishoff, former director of FinCEN, requesting an interview to address the alarming implications of such pervasive financial surveillance.
The question now lingers: How far is the Biden Regime willing to go in the name of national security, and at what cost to the cherished principles of individual freedom and privacy? The Orwellian shadow cast by these revelations prompts a closer examination of the delicate balance between security measures and civil liberties in the contemporary political landscape.
