These cases are not simply about whether immigration law should be enforced. They ask what procedures government must follow while enforcing it.

The border must be enforced.

That does not mean every executive action automatically becomes constitutional because it was taken in the name of border security.

If someone entered this country illegally, government has authority to enforce immigration law.

The question before the courts is often narrower: what process does federal law require before government detains or removes someone?

That question deserves an answer based on the Constitution and statutes, not partisan loyalty.

Election integrity deserves the same discipline.

I support citizenship verification.

Federal elections should be decided by eligible American citizens.

But government should follow federal election statutes and protect eligible citizens from erroneous removal.

If Congress needs clearer laws, Congress should write them.

That is how a republic works.

Secure the Border Without Erasing the Constitution

Limited government does not mean weak government.

It means a government powerful enough to enforce the law and disciplined enough to obey it.

Secure the border.

Protect Americans from crime and trafficking.

But never allow a border crisis or political emergency to erase due process.

Secure the Facts. Defend the Constitution.
