Judge Orders Unsealing of Epstein Affiliates as Names of Over 170 to be Revealed
New York federal judge Loretta Preska has made a significant ruling to unseal documents related to a 2015 defamation lawsuit against Ghislaine Maxwell, the accomplice of the late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. These documents will expose the names of more than 170 individuals, including numerous clients connected to Epstein, shedding light on the murky world surrounding the notorious sex offender.
In the 2015 defamation suit brought by Virginia Roberts Giuffre, who accused Maxwell of procuring underage girls for Epstein, the court records from the settlement in 2017 will be unveiled. Giuffre alleged that Maxwell defamed her by claiming she lied about being sex-trafficked by Epstein during her teenage years.
The significance of the upcoming revelations lies in the fact that many individuals, formerly identified only as John Doe and Jane Doe, will now be publicly named. Court documents refer to these individuals as “public figures,” adding an intriguing layer to the unfolding scandal.
