Let’s kick this off with a quick story. Picture this: the Vice President, Kamala Harris, finally shows up at the southern border after ignoring it for four years. Why now? Well, it’s simple—polls are showing that Americans trust Donald Trump more to fix our border crisis. So what does she do? Puts on some cool aviator sunglasses, strikes a pose for the cameras, and talks tough about the Cartels, reminding folks she was once a prosecutor in California.

But let’s be real. She’s let more than 10 million unvetted illegal immigrants into our communities, and she won’t even mention the names of Americans like Lanken Riley who lost their lives because of these policies. And if she wins in 2024, she’s made it clear—every illegal immigrant will have a path to citizenship, locking in Democrat victories for generations to come. This is what’s at stake.

Kamala’s False Claims on Manufacturing Jobs:
Even CNN had to call out Kamala Harris for lying about Trump’s economic record. In an interview on MSNBC, she claimed Trump lost 200,000 manufacturing jobs even before the pandemic. But CNN’s fact-checkers set the record straight. Before the pandemic hit, Trump presided over a *gain* of 414,000 U.S. manufacturing jobs. The only reason there was a temporary loss was due to the pandemic, but jobs steadily returned. Kamala’s desperate attempts to rewrite Trump’s economic successes show just how concerned she is about the upcoming election.

Crime & Safety:

Crime Continues to Surge Despite Democrat Spin:
The crime wave under Biden and Harris is undeniable. During a presidential debate, ABC’s David Muir tried to fact-check Donald Trump by claiming that violent crime is down. But the truth is, the FBI’s numbers are misleading because they’ve made it harder for cities to report data since Biden took office. Major crime hubs like Chicago and New York stopped submitting reports. Fortunately, the Bureau of Justice Statistics releases a more accurate crime report, and it shows that since Trump left office, violent crime is up 37%, rape is up 42%, and motor vehicle theft is up a staggering 41%.

Legal Battles:

Kamala Harris still counts on lawfare as her ace in the hole for November. Donald Trump also has some bad news on that front. That’s because a judge tried to hand Kamala Harris the 2024 election with this disgusting ruling.

Judge Chutkan allows Jack Smith to interfere in the 2024 election:
The Supreme Court frustrated Obama-appointed Judge Tanya Chutkan and Biden-Harris-appointed prosecutor Jack Smith’s scheme to rush a rigged show trial for Trump on charges relating to January 6 before the election with their ruling on Presidential immunity from criminal prosecution for core and official acts.

Since Judge Chutkan can’t hold her kangaroo court trial to convict Trump before Election Day and influence the vote outcome, Chutkan did the next best thing.

In a ruling dripping with contempt, Judge Chutkan ruled that Smith could dump a 180-page document outlining the evidence against Trump, which is nothing more than an opposition research hit piece on Kamala Harris’ election opponent produced by the Biden-Harris Justice Department.

“A party’s factual proffer does not conclusively establish anything — it merely provides evidence for the judicial factfinder to consider,” Chutkan ranted. “The schedule reflects the court’s best judgment about how to comply efficiently with the Supreme Court’s instructions on remand.”

Judge Chutkan dismissed the Trump team’s claims about the attempt to meddle in the election while Trump faces a gag order that limits his Constitutional rights.

“The court need not address the substance of those claims,” Judge Chutkan added. “Defendant does not explain how those putative violations cause him legal prejudice in this case, nor how this court is bound by or has jurisdiction to enforce Department of Justice policy.”

Trump’s argument:
Justice Department policy prohibits any prosecutorial action on candidates within 60 days of an election. Trump’s lawyers argued that Smith introducing this massive collection of anti-Trump material for the media to run wild with was “fundamentally unfair.” The defense also argued that this document “would attempt to set a closed record for addressing unfiled defense motions by crediting their untested assessments of purported evidence, denying President Trump an opportunity to confront their witnesses, and preventing the defense from obtaining discovery.”

Smith would try his case in the court of public opinion, and Trump would be denied a response on two fronts.

First, his legal team couldn’t test the evidence in court under cross-examination. And second, while Kamala Harris, the Democrats, and the news media could attack Trump over the contents of the document, Trump couldn’t fire back.

That’s because the gag order prevented Trump from commenting on witnesses and their testimony.

In the final 40 days of the election, Kamala Harris could attack Trump as an insurrectionist who tried to end democracy, and if Trump defended himself, Chutkan could revoke his bail and throw him in prison.

If this seems fundamentally unfair, that is the point of the lawfare where the Biden-Harris administration stacked the deck in her favor, enlisting Democrat prosecutors to file sham criminal indictments against Trump in courts run by Democrat judges.
