PRO-LIFE ACTIVIST TARGETED BY THE BIDEN DOJ ACQUITTED ON ALL CHARGES
Mark Houck, a Christian pro-life activist was just acquitted by a jury of his peers after the Biden Department of Justice accused him of pushing a Planned Parenthood escort outside of an abortion clinic.
You might recall this past September 2022 Houck, whose home was surrounded by 25 FBI agents with their guns drawn while his children were inside like he was some sort of narco-terrorist.
In reality, his home was surrounded because on one occasion a pro-abortion protestor got into Mark’s 12-year-old son’s face and said “your dad’s a f*g” and other vulgar statements.
After repeatedly telling the nutjob to get out of his son’s face, Mark pushed him out of the boy’s personal space.
The Biden DOJ accused Mark of violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act during this encounter.
The FACE Act makes it a federal crime to injure, intimidate and interfere with someone looking to use an abortion clinic.
Mark pled not guilty, arguing that this was “a political prosecution” carried out by the Biden DOJ.
Not guilty: Houck was declared not guilty on all counts in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
The real reason for his arrest was intimidation.
Houck’s lawyer told Fox News that:
“The message from the Biden Department of Justice is pure intimidation against pro-life people and people of faith.”
This story is a giant reminder that the right to lift is something we need to continue to fight to protect.
