🚨 Russia has issued Ukraine with a list of conditions that it must follow to halt the invasion. The demands include Ukraine ceasing military action, changing its constitution to enshrine neutrality, acknowledging Crimea as Russian territory, and recognizing the separatist republics of Donetsk and Lugansk as independent states. ✅ Ukraine agreed with Russia on a temporary cease-fire to evacuate civilians from the besieged northeastern city of Sumy, hours after heavy Russian bombardments killed at least nine residents there, as heavy fighting continued elsewhere across Ukraine. [WSJ]

❎ The Supreme Court announced it will leave in place an opinion by a Pennsylvania court that overturned comedian Bill Cosby’s sexual assault conviction for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand in his Pennsylvania home. He was released from prison in June 2021 after the state’s Supreme Court overturned the conviction, saying Cosby’s due process rights had been violated. [Just the News]
