So Newsome is going to attempt to run for President… Probably… and he sees DeSantis as his competition… So….

In response to Republican governors sending illegal immigrants [via buses and planes] to sanctuary cities, blue state Governors are begging the Biden regime’s Department of Justice (DOJ) to step in and issue criminal charges.

Back up: Over the summer, Texas and Arizona have bussed over 20,000 illegals to sanctuary cities like D.C., Chicago, and New York City. But over the past two days:

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis sent two planes full of illegals to Martha’s Vineyard in Massachusetts.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott sent busses of illegals to V.P. Kamala Harris’ home in D.C., prompting outrage from the left.

…and the Dems are flipping out.

California Governor, Greasy Gavin Newsom, sent a letter to the Biden DOJ calling on them to investigate DeSantis for “kidnapping.”

If that’s kidnapping, then put Joe Biden in jail. In late 2021, it was reported that the Biden regime was secretly flying illegals from the southern border to Jacksonville, Florida in the middle of the night.

How is that different than flying them to Martha’s Vineyard?

The difference is it’s an exclusive island for liberal millionaires.

Big picture: The gut assumption from Democrats like Newsome that the DOJ will wield its authority to promote Democrat policies should tell you everything you need to know about how deeply corrupt both the Democrat party and DOJ have become.

Bigger picture: We have a full-scale invasion on the southern border. 5 million people have illegally entered the country since Joe Biden took office. Border towns like El Paso, Texas have devolved into third-world countries, overrun and under-resourced with thousands of illegals literally sleeping all over the city streets. At the very least, these “stunts” by Republican governors have gotten the media to focus on the issue.
