LIBERAL JUSTICE BREYER STEPPING DOWN

Liberal Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer is stepping down from the nation’s highest court, which will give Joe Biden the opportunity to put forward his first nomination to the court.
Why now: Breyer, who is 83, has faced mounting pressure from the left to step down now while Democrats control the Presidency and the Congress so that they can make sure he’s replaced with a liberal.
In other words: The left knows that after the mid-term elections in November, Republicans are taking back control of Congress.
Joe Biden has committed that his first nominee would be a black female. So the speculation has begun on the cable news channels over who the pick will be. But if we want to play smart politics, we should tune it out. Here’s why:
1️⃣ Strategically this is going to do nothing to change the makeup of the court. Exchange one liberal for another.
2️⃣Politically the Democrats want to make a circus out of this to distract from the real-world issues Biden has created. Republicans would be wise to not take the bait.
Let me explain…
Republicans can try and stop the confirmation of Biden’s pick. But why? What would that accomplish? Are we going to delay his pick for three years? No.
What it would do, is allow Democrats to frame Republicans as trying to stop Biden from nominating the first black female to the court. I can see the headlines now.
Whether Biden’s pick is a super-liberal or a moderate-liberal, they’re still going to vote against everything you and I care about. So I encourage you to join me in not caring about this at all. Let them have their pick. And let’s keep our eye on the ball: the 2022 mid-term elections.
